I fight a never ending battle against the lint from our dryer.

Recently, I was scraping the lint screen with my fingers to clean it. And the thought came to me that this lint screen is like our lives.

Bad, harmful things come constantly. They must be filtered from our lives and from our civilizations.

How do we do this?

What does the LORD require of us to clean the lint from our lives and from our civilizations?

To act justly

To love mercy.

To walk humbly and prudently with our God. (Micah 6:8).
